Customer Service
What ever happened to good old Customer Service? Is it dead...or are we just not taught manners anymore. Is it just here in the states are all around the world??? Are there any exceptions to the rules of customer service. And does it still exist?
I recently purchased a beauty box subscription from Sample Society by Beauty Bar.com. I ordered a mystery box, and was so happy to receive it, only to be disappointed with the contents...2 small items. Now the email stated, Get $60.00 worth of product for $20.00. I received $8.00's worth of products for $20.00.
I called the company for BeautyBar.com and was knocked outta my socks at the level of customer service I received. They were so nice and helpful, and solved the problem immediately. I received the rest of my mystery box items the very next day via UPS.
I would like to take this time to Thank BeautyBar.com/Diapers.com for there excellent customer service team.
Customer Service still exists...However it is a rare find. So treasure it where ever you find it.

Introduction
I guess I should start off by telling you why I am starting a blog. I just had my third child,and I thought everything was going to be perfect...until reality sucker punched me in the nose. Now don't get me wrong, I love being a mother. I just thought that my husband and I was done with the baby stages of parenting,since our youngest was already nine years old. But along came our newest arrival Khloe. She is everything the other two is NOT. Fussy, Demanding,and Loveable all rowed up in one.
The purpose of this blog is to try to reintroduce some sanity back into my day to day life, since I quit my job. To capture the little moments of being a stay at home mom with a newborn baby, a husband who's never really at home, and a teen and pre-teen who can care less. I'm also writing this blog to get back to me. Restarting my healthy hair journey, and getting back on the exercise/healthy eating journey I was once on before baby.Keeping track of baby's new life and my new life with baby and the other two too.
We'll be posting about motherhood and baby things. Haircare and haircare product reveiws. Beauty box subscriptions, and baby box subscriptions. Exercise journey results.
